Building systems
Three ways to build.
The system is chosen to suit the project: the building, the site and the schedule come before the technique, not the other way around.

ICF / iForms
Reinforced concrete walls with the insulation built into the formwork itself.

SIP panel
Structural insulated panels, quick to assemble, with integrated insulation.

Conventional construction
Masonry, reinforced concrete, light steel framing and steel structure with OSB enclosure, depending on what the project calls for.
Strategic partners
Construction doesn’t wait for materials
Venergia builds with a factory behind it on both sides of the Andes: Trupanel in Chile and Arvorá Modular in Brazil. Panels are bought from the people who make them, and that is what keeps a construction schedule on track.
Panel characteristics as stated by each manufacturer.
Trupanel
Structural insulated panel factory · Camino a Quilapilún, Colina, Santiago Metropolitan Region, Chile
Direct supply
Panels are bought from the factory, with no intermediaries between the people who make them and the people who install them.
Priority on lead times
The agreement guarantees preference on delivery dates, which is what keeps a construction schedule on track.
Continuity of supply
Material secured throughout construction, without the stoppages that drive up the cost of a project.
Arvorá Modular
ARV-SIP system factory · Avenida Nelson Araujo 368, Rio Claro, São Paulo, Brazil
arvoramodular.com.brMineral-faced panel
An EPS, PIR, PUR or XPS insulating core between autoclaved cement boards that are water-repellent and fire-resistant.
Made to order for each project
Panels up to 3.00 × 1.20 m, cut to size, with electrical and plumbing conduits embedded at the factory.
Dry assembly
It arrives sized and is assembled without mortar. It supports two stories without additional structure and, depending on the site, a simple slab-on-grade foundation.
Energy
Energy is part of the project, too.
Venergia began in solar energy. When generation is decided together with the building envelope and services, rather than after construction, the whole project works better.
On-grid
Connected to the power grid. Designed to reduce consumption and the electricity bill.
Off-grid
With storage, for projects that need independence from the grid.
Hybrid
Photovoltaic generation, batteries and the grid: backup during outages and more flexible energy management.
Includes
- Panels, inverters and batteries
- Installation and electrical work
- SEC permits (Chile) and certifications
- Net Billing — Law 21.118

Who builds
Chilean engineering, Brazilian system.

The system
iForms
Insulated concrete forms (ICF). The horizontal sections of the form act as beams and the vertical sections as columns; the reinforcement is defined by the structural design of each building.
How it worksLess construction time
A building solution that significantly shortens schedules compared with conventional masonry.
Thermal and acoustic comfort
The insulation is built into the wall. It is not a layer added afterward; it is the EPS form itself.
High structural strength
The horizontal sections act as beams and the vertical sections as columns, with reinforcement according to the structural design.
Integrated services
Plumbing pipes and electrical services are integrated into the outer face of the forms.

Frequently asked questions
What people ask us before getting started
The answers come from what is documented on this site. When we have not confirmed a piece of information, we say so instead of filling the gap.
What building systems does Venergia use?
Three. ICF: a reinforced concrete wall poured inside an insulating EPS form that becomes part of the wall —the iForms system. SIP panel: two OSB boards with an EPS core, made to measure and assembled dry. And conventional construction in masonry and concrete, when the project calls for it. The system is chosen with the project in front of you: structure, schedule, finishes and site conditions.
View the three systemsWhere does Venergia build?
In Chile and Brazil. The Chilean office is in Concón, Valparaíso Region; in Brazil we work alongside HTR Soluções, within the Grupo ICF network, which brings together more than 50 licensees, more than 1,500 specialists, nine production plants and projects in more than 300 Brazilian cities.
Is ICF or SIP panel the better choice?
Neither is better than the other in the abstract. ICF leaves a monolithic reinforced concrete wall, with the insulation inside and the services integrated into the form. SIP closes in the envelope dry, with components that arrive made to measure. The choice comes down to structure, schedule, finishes and site conditions; the full comparison, dimension by dimension, is in the ICF vs. SIP panel comparison.
View the full comparisonDoes the SIP panel meet Chilean regulations?
The panel installed on Chilean projects is made by Trupanel, in Colina. According to the manufacturer, it complies with NCh 3393:2015 for SIP panels, holds IDIEM mechanical certification No. 289247, its core is self-extinguishing under NCh 1070, and it meets article 4.1.10 of the OGUC.
SIP panel data sheetWho makes the panels?
Two partner factories. Trupanel, in Colina, Santiago Metropolitan Region, for projects in Chile. And Arvorá Modular, in Rio Claro, São Paulo, for Brazil, with its ARV-SIP system: an EPS, PIR, PUR or XPS core between cement boards. The strategic commercial partnership agreement between HTR Soluções and Arvorá was signed on August 28, 2026.
View the two factoriesAre the ICF system’s certifications valid in Chile?
They are Brazilian and are published as such: IPT / SINAT Technical Evaluation Document No. 045-A, compliance with ABNT NBR 15575-4 and approval by Caixa Econômica Federal apply to the iForms product as evaluated in Brazil. They do not constitute Chilean regulatory certification. In Chile, each building is designed and permitted under local regulations.
Does Venergia also install solar energy?
Yes. Venergia began in solar energy: on-grid, off-grid and hybrid systems, with panels, inverters and batteries, electrical work, permits before the SEC (Chile’s electricity and fuels regulator), and Net Billing under Chilean Law 21.118. When generation is decided together with the building envelope and services, rather than after construction, the whole project works better.
How much does it cost to build with these systems?
We do not publish prices per square meter. The price changes with each project —floor area, structure, finishes, the site and the transport of materials— and a stand-alone figure on a website only misleads. We quote with the preliminary design in front of us, and that produces a budget that holds up.
