The techniques
Four ways to build a house
Masonry
Concrete block and brick, with reinforcing columns and bond beams. High thermal mass and a method any crew knows well; insulation is handled separately, it does not come in the unit.
Reinforced concrete
A structure of columns, beams and slabs. It allows long spans, open floor plans and multiple stories, and it is what is used when the site or the program requires it.
Light steel framing
Cold-formed galvanized steel profiles. Dry assembly, a lightweight structure, and the insulation goes inside the wall itself.
Steel structure with OSB enclosure
Steel frames with modular OSB walls. It handles longer spans than light steel framing and closes in quickly, without wet processes.
When it is chosen
When the project, the site or the regulations call for a conventional system, or when the builder prefers a technique they know. Not every project needs an industrialized system, and forcing one helps no one: the system is chosen to suit the building, not the other way around.

An EPS, PIR, PUR or XPS insulating core between autoclaved cement boards that are water-repellent and fire-resistant.
Made to order for each project
Panels up to 3.00 × 1.20 m, cut to size, with electrical and plumbing conduits embedded at the factory.
Dry assembly
It arrives sized and is assembled without mortar. It supports two stories without additional structure and, depending on the site, a simple slab-on-grade foundation.
