Strategic partnership
Chile and Brazil, with a factory behind them
On August 28, 2026, HTR Soluções and Arvorá Modular signed a strategic commercial partnership agreement. It adds to the operation an industrialized construction factory in Brazil, with its own structural insulated panel system.

- Type
- Strategic commercial partnership agreement
The factory
Arvorá Modular
Industrialized construction in Rio Claro, in the state of São Paulo. It develops and manufactures ARV-SIP, its own structural insulated panel, and takes it all the way to the finished building.
Avenida Nelson Araujo 368 · Rio Claro, São Paulo, Brazil
The system
ARV-SIP, panel by panel
A structural insulated panel faced with cement board, not wood. What follows is what the factory’s technical documentation states.
- Core
- EPS, PIR, PUR or XPS. Chosen according to the thermal and acoustic performance the project and local regulations require.
- Faces
- Autoclaved cement boards: mineral, water-repellent and fire-resistant, designed to withstand the weather.
- Size
- Up to 3.00 × 1.20 m. Each panel leaves the factory at the project’s dimensions instead of being cut on site.
- Services
- Electrical and plumbing conduits are integrated inside the panel during manufacturing.
- Structure
- Supports two stories without additional structure. The tracks and braces are made of autoclaved pine or light-gauge steel.
- Openings
- Aluminum frames developed by the factory itself for the junctions with doors and windows.
- Foundation
- The panel weighs around 90% less than masonry, so a simple slab-on-grade can be used, depending on the site.
- Assembly
- Dry, without mortar: it arrives made to order and is assembled. No water needed on site and no offcuts to remove.
- Finish
- Accepts paint, texture or cladding directly on the board.

On site
What changes when the wall arrives ready-made
Less time
Arvorá states a reduction of up to 55% in construction time compared with conventional construction.
Less waste
The panel is made for each project: there is no cutting on site and no offcuts to haul away.
No waiting for curing
Assembly is dry. It does not depend on water or on the timelines that concrete imposes.
Fixes to what is there
The panel is fixed to wood, masonry, reinforced concrete or steel structures, depending on the project.
In Chile
Trupanel, right at the site
The other half of the equation. The partnership with Trupanel secures the SIP panel for projects in Chile, bought directly from the factory.
Structural insulated panel factory · Camino a Quilapilún, Colina, Santiago Metropolitan Region, Chile
- Direct supply
- Panels are bought from the factory, with no intermediaries between the people who make them and the people who install them.
- Priority on lead times
- The agreement guarantees preference on delivery dates, which is what keeps a construction schedule on track.
- Continuity of supply
- Material secured throughout construction, without the stoppages that drive up the cost of a project.
The panel that arrives on site
- Supplier
- Trupanel — Camino Quilapilún at the Los Libertadores highway, site 16, Colina, Región Metropolitana, Chile
- Composition
- Two OSB boards with an EPS core, bonded with polyurethane adhesive.
- Boards
- APA-certified LP OSB, with a performance evaluation for residential use.
- Core density
- 15 kg/m³ EPS
- Size
- 1.22 × 2.44 m
- Thicknesses
- Eleven: 69, 72, 75, 90, 100, 114, 122, 140, 150, 162 and 210 mm, plus core thicknesses made to order. Examples: 69 mm (OSB 9.5 / EPS 50 / OSB 9.5), 114 mm (OSB 11.1 / EPS 92 / OSB 11.1) and 210 mm (OSB 11.1 / EPS 188 / OSB 11.1).
- Fire behavior
- Self-extinguishing core, per NCh 1070.
- Standards and tests
- NCh 3393:2015 for SIP panels. IDIEM mechanical certification No. 289247. Complies with article 4.1.10 of the OGUC.
- Board variants
- Besides OSB/OSB, there are versions with a finished outer face—Smartpanel, with a ready-to-paint cedar texture—and others for electrical conduit or a radiant barrier.
Thermal transmittance by thickness, acoustic performance, weight per square meter, structural capacities and warranty are not published by the manufacturer: they are requested for each project.

The characteristics of the ARV-SIP system and the timeframes cited are those stated by Arvorá Modular in its technical and commercial documentation, with its test reports available on the factory’s website. This page does not publish the commercial terms of the agreement.
