A building system based on ICF (insulated concrete forms) that replaces conventional masonry, doing away with bricks and blocks in favor of EPS forms.

The insulation is built into the wall. It is not a layer added afterward; it is the EPS form itself.

The horizontal sections act as beams and the vertical sections as columns, with reinforcement according to the structural design.

Plumbing pipes and electrical services are integrated into the outer face of the forms.
Anatomy of the wall
How it is made up
EPS block with interlocking teeth. Concrete is poured inside it, and the form becomes part of the wall.
EPS form
Replaces bricks and blocks. It becomes part of the wall and provides thermal and acoustic insulation.
Concrete and reinforcement
Together they form the reinforced concrete vertically. The amount of reinforcement depends on the structural design of each building.
Horizontal beams
The 18 cm form creates a 14 × 10 cm beam; the 12 cm form, a 14 × 6 cm beam.
Vertical columns
The vertical sections act as columns. The 18 cm form creates a 10 × 6 cm column.
Services
Plumbing pipes and electrical services are integrated into the outer faces of the forms.
Finish
A flexible, water-repellent, high-strength finish. It accepts any type of cladding.
