The development
Vila dos Pássaros is in Eusébio, on the CE-010, on the shores of Precabura Lagoon, the largest body of water in the Fortaleza metropolitan area. Its name comes from the migratory birds that stop there every year, and the project sets aside a spot for watching them.
A third of the development is set aside for green and gathering areas. The central park, with landscaping by Benedito Abbud, has a hedge maze and its own lake with an island for the birds.
The racquet club brings together padel, pickleball and clay tennis courts. There are also sand courts, a grass field, a playground, a kids' club, a pet area and a clubhouse.
