The development
Thai Terra Brasilis is a gated residential lot development in Eusébio. The layout was drawn to preserve the vegetation and the bodies of water already on the land.
The lake is integrated into the development, with a pier for sitting by the water. A walking and jogging trail follows the edge of the preservation area.
The project includes a treatment plant that reuses water to irrigate the landscaping, a vegetable garden and fruit trees spread across the development, and the transplanting of the trees that were at risk.
Who is developing it
Terra Brasilis
Venergia HTR does not develop or build this development: it presents it to buyers from Chile and supports the purchase.
